Communities Around St. George that Allow for Short-Term Renting!
COMMUNITIES IN ST GEORGE THAT ALLOW FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS
St. George has been a hot bed for investing for quite some time now. It is tricky though because you can't rent out just anywhere down there. The city is very strict in only allowing you to do short term rentals (VRBO/AirBNB) in certain communities. I am FINALLY able to put ALL of Washington county's listings and rentals on my website, it will be so easy to go in and see how many homes and what is available at any time. We are also working on a tool to show you potential rent from that specific community. These will be avaiable shortly!
For now, below is a list of most of the communities that allow short term rentals (there are over 25 that allow for it down there). Many of these communities have been selling in the last 6 months like hot cakes. As you know, St. George is exploding right now with new construction and also overall awareness. Some people think it is ‘oversaturated’, but honestly, the investors wouldn’t be buildings and expanding if that was the case…it just tells us that it is a safe investment.
