  • Revenue Growth: Did properties earn more this year than they did last year? 
  • Investability: This metric compares the expected income of a property relative to the cost of buying it.

    I personally have really been interested in this area and this will mostly likely be my next purchase. The average occupancy rate is 72% and an average daily rate of $187. There is plenty of inventory for beach front condos around $200k.
